Return policy

At Pastels Night, we believe in creating products you'll reach for again and again. Should you wish to make a return, please review the guidelines below.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The item must be free from stains, fragrances, damage, or alterations.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds on returned products.

Once your return is received and approved following a quality inspection, a store credit for the value of the returned item will be issued.

  • Store credit will be shared via email.

  • It can be used toward any future purchase on Pastels Night.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
